Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Floor management of Fulfillment Center
- Provide Associate support on HR related topics (documentation of and follow-up on requests, escalation of issues, problem solving, meeting notes), ensuring an engaging workplace environment by staying close to the associates and facilitating engagement activities
- Time and Attendance: Partner with site teams to ensure employees are on the correct schedule and shift patterns. Compile reports to support sites in identifying time and attendance irregularities, and point out when something doesn't look right - ensuring our associates are paid correctly and on time.
- Partners with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs.
- Roster Management: Partner with site teams to ensure roster accuracy through audits, reporting, and modifications.
- Assisting ops Team with Peak related activities and engagements.
- Leads process improvement initiatives. Develops suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources.
- Ability to learn and navigate internal Amazon systems as resources to execute overall job duties.

. Co-rdination with Recruitment and ERC Team
. Statutory Compliances
. Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances
Graduate in any discipline preferably from recognized university.
. Preferred background work experience in HR of having worked with Large Warehouse/Logistics/ Manufacturing companies.
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
. High presentation, reporting and team player skills
. Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and power point.
. Overall experience 2-3 years
. Demonstrated customer focus.
. Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
. Consistent effort, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
. Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards

a).Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
b).Basic supplies - Uniform, pantry, lockers, etc.
c).Engagement Activities - Birthday celebration, Monthly Learning Activity, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.
d.Vendor management/Cafeteria management

About the team
The incumbent will be part of Site HR Team for a fulfillment center in Bhiwandi, near Thane, Maharashtra.

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
