Description

The core part of The HR Associate Partner responsibilities will be taking care and addressing associate queries, placing engagement with associates as your primary focus within our Fulfillment Center . As an integral part of the HR team, you will deliver the highest quality of service to our internal and external customers; ensuring associates are supported through effective query handling and problem solving, followed closely by a high level of process understanding and administrative support.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Provide Associate support on HR related topics (documentation of and follow-up on requests, escalation of issues, problem solving, meeting notes), ensuring an engaging workplace environment by staying close to the associates and facilitating engagement activities

Time and Attendance: Partner with site teams to ensure employees are on the correct schedule and shift patterns. Compile reports to support sites in identifying time and attendance irregularities, and point out when something doesn't look right – ensuring our associates are paid correctly and on time.

Partners with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs.

Roster Management: Partner with site teams to ensure roster accuracy through audits, reporting, and modifications.

Assisting ops Team with Peak related activities and engagements.

Leads process improvement initiatives. Develops suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources.

Ability to learn and navigate internal Amazon systems as resources to execute overall job duties.

A day in the life

A day in the life

You will be placed at Amazon Last Mile operations to provide HR support for 50–500 associates. In this role, you will jointly work with HR, Operations, RME and Safety leadership to enhance the associate experience and meet business goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of human resources experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
