HR Associate

Position: Full time, Hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

Paper Plane Tales is looking for an HR Associate who will work closely with the founders to manage our HR operations and own all people-related processes. 

As one of our first dedicated HR team members, you'll play an important role in building the systems, processes and culture that support our growing team. This is a hands-on role across recruitment, employee operations, performance, engagement and people processes.

Apply if you have: 

• 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations (beyond recruitment) preferably in an agency or a start-up environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great organizational, coordination and documentation skills
• The ability to work independently, follow through and keep things moving
• An interest in building a career across the full spectrum of HR

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own all recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding
• Manage and update all employee records and other HR documentation including processes, policies and trackers
• Support on execution of all HR Calendar activities including employee performance, engagement, learning and development
• Drive efficiency and communication through the organisation by strengthening HR processes and coordination across team members
• Be the point of contact for employees on HR related queries and other day to day concerns, ensuring timely resolution

Requirements: 

• Graduate degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/Psychology
• 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, HRMS & Recruitment Platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
