About the role
Zeta is looking to hire anAssociate/Sr.Associate-HRSSwho will help us in managing
the day-to-day operations of the employee query management system.
This would involve resolving employee queries, connecting with the right internal SPOC
for resolution whenever required, handling escalations and complaints of the
dissatisfied employees & giving best resolutions. This role is aligned to ourHRSSteam
which is responsible for providing 1st level employee support. The team acts as a Single
Point of Contact (SPOC) for all day-to-day employee queries & requests.
Job Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through
precedent and referral to general guidelines.
You will own the daily operations of the query management tool by ensuring
100% resolution of queries within defined SLAs, and best practices.
You will need to partner with internal HR teams, Payroll, HRBP, recruiting etc to
resolve employee questions within defined timelines.
You will need to have awareness/experience in HR operations.
You will need to be well versed with basic statistics, KPIs, and terms involved in
the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders.
You will require to gather data and prepare reports, scorecards/dashboards,
executive presentations and analyses on key HR metrics utilizing MS Excel, MS
Access, MS PowerPoint, or other data analytics/visualization tools.
You will be working closely with People Operations to effectively deliver on the
requirements.
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined
focused scope of work.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong desire for action and a self-starter.
Proficiency in MS Excel, creating dashboards, and Reporting.
Experience and Qualifications
At least a bachelor's degree.
2+ years of relevant experience inHRSSqueries and resolution.
Experience working on Freshserviceticketing is a plus.
Experience in payroll/benefits is a plus.
