Job Description

About the role

This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing global performance management processes and the retention program for Partners, Directors, and Principals. The position plays a key role in enabling effective goal setting, performance evaluation, and bonus calculationa cross the organization on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and coordinate global evaluation, bonus, and retention processes for Partners, Directors, and Principals.
  • Manage the end-to-end bonus calculation process and ensure accurate and timely processing in close collaboration with Finance & Controlling, HR Business Partners, and IT.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve tools, templates, and guidelines that support objective setting, performance evaluation, and feedback processes across the organization.
  • Coordinate the global retention program across all countries, ensuring consistency, transparency, and timely execution.
  • Ensure collaboration models and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements in a global environment.
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on performance management practices, especially in complex cases.
  • Analyze performance-related data to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategic HR decision-making.

Your profile

  • You hold at least a master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • You bring 6-8years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on performance management systems and processes, ideally gained in a consulting or similarly demanding professional services environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex global processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data accurately and confidently.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive performance and compensation matters.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage changing workloads, and adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving processes.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest in technological innovation, AI, and continuous process improvement.
