Dymon Asia Capital is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the delivery of end-to-end Employee Lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, job changes, offboarding and handling employee and manager queries as the first point of contact. The role partners with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, drive automation, and support BAU and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, job changes, and offboarding.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and transactions in HR systems.
- Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver operational support for BAU activities and projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes.
- Supporting automation efforts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work in HR operations.
- Assist in the execution and coordination of HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations in all HR processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in accordance with data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of HR processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in HR Operations or HRIS-related roles
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
