Analyzing and comprehending the client's hiring plan and process.
Sourcing and curating pertinent profiles from diverse recruitment channels.
Assessing and evaluating professionals based on client-defined parameters.
Orchestrating seamless communication between clients and candidates throughout the
recruitment journey.
Cultivating a pool of potential candidates through a robust referral network.
Proactively leveraging social media and professional platforms to bolster brand visibility.

Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).
