Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management:
- Ensure timely renewal and submission of statutory documents such as CLRA Certificate, S&E Certificate, Holiday List, Integrated Annual Returns, Gratuity Form L, and Monthly Registers.
- Conduct quarterly audits for notice boards and vendor compliance.
- Manage X6 compliance submission and other documentation as per labor regulations.
Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate new hire onboarding initiatives.
- Manage onboarding file documentation and support the completion of all onboarding checkpoints.
Employee Relations & Local Representation:
- Represent the company in interactions with local authorities to ensure adherence to local labor laws and Novartis integrity standards.
- Provide support on ER (Employee Relations) issues at a local level in collaboration with HR leadership.
Payroll Coordination:
- Collaborate with the payroll team by providing timely and accurate payroll inputs as required.
Process Improvement & People Partnering:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for P&O processes, with a focus on quality, effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Gather customer feedback and implement necessary enhancements in key HR touchpoints.
Vendor & PO Management:
- Handle purchase order creation and vendor management activities on behalf of the P&O team.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance to ensure smooth transactions and vendor support.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships across cross-divisional P&O community members to understand challenges and align on initiatives.
- Act as a coach and support for managers, leaders, and associates on HR-related matters
