Job Title: HR Assistant Hotel & Hospitality
Experience: 1 - 4 Years
Location: Lucknow, UP
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and hotel policies
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, shift rosters, overtime, and statutory registers in a 247 hotel operation
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for hotel staff across departmentsincluding Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, and Support Services
- Coordinate employee training, induction, and development programs to enhance service quality, skills, and performance standards
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, supporting disciplinary processes, and promoting a positive, professional workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives
Key Requirements:
- 1 4 years of HR experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or premium hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of hotel manpower structures, shift operations, and departmental roles
- Working knowledge of payroll coordination, HR documentation, attendance systems, and MS Excel
- Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment with rotational shifts
- Graduate in Human Resources / Hotel Management / Commerce or a related discipline
