Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse regional market trends and practices to assess program competitiveness and develop reward solutions aligned with total rewards strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Lead program design discussions, annual deployment cycles, post-implementation reviews, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and cost modelling to evaluate compensation and benefits trends and drive data-based decision-making.
  • Design and implement rewards programs, policies, and guidelines while offering strategic consultation to business leaders and country HR teams.
  • Partner with country HR teams to deliver tailored rewards solutions, gather insights, and ensure governance, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage position evaluations, develop regional salary structures, and conduct compensation competitiveness analyses to support salary budgeting and talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with HRIS teams on digitalisation initiatives and with Finance on regional program budgeting.
