On boarding Employees Formalities. Maintenance of Personnel Records. Data handling in Recruitment & Selection process. Coordination with Bank person for account opening & resolving bank quires Create new employee code in HRMS Software New Joinee Enrollment in Smart Face login & Give them face enrollment Issuing Temporary, Probation & Confirmation letter to the new joinees with the proper induction and orientation. Maintain Compliances recodes like PF, ESIC etc Maintain Daily attendance & Making report daily basis Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT Act & Laws, compliance with regulatory and government bodies. With experience, Job responsibilities would be enriched or enlarged to infuse professionalism in future. Maintaining Discipline & Monitoring Measurable Objectives. Aware about systems and procedure
