- Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining
candidate records.
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and
ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database. Ensure that all employee data is
accurate and confidential. (i.e. Employee Master)
- Assist with timekeeping processing, ensuring accuracy in employee's Woking hours, benefits
& deductions. (enroll new employee in MATRIX Software)
- To complete all Stautory requirements, such as PF and ESIC (uploading on-site and creating
the challan).
- Help ensure the organization complies with labour laws and regulations by maintaining and
organizing necessary documentation. (i.e. Checking Site wise compliance Docs-Prepare Form
A,B,C,D)
- Supporting for making HR policies, benefits, and other workplace matters.
- Maintain reports for Uniform and I'd Cards also.
- Assist in getting vehicle policies as well as employees group medical policy.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling Staff meetings, preparing
reports, and assisting in various HR projects as needed.
