We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing time and attendance matters across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling and problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage time and attendance matters across multiple buildings.
- Handle trouble ticket queues for time and attendance issues.
- Ensure fast, accurate, and reliable data entry.
- Resolve incoming inquiries related to time and attendance.
- Understand attendance policies, worker groups, and applicable laws.
- Report directly to the Time and Attendance Manager or POC.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in relevant roles.
- Immediate joiners only.
