HR Apprentice - HR Support Services

Dow Chemical India Pvt. Ltd. | Contractual Role (1 Year)

Support end-to-end HR Support Services across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Experience, and HR Operations by driving service delivery, employee onboarding, HR administration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, HR case management, induction support, and new hire logistics. 
• Support HR service delivery through employee query resolution, functional mailbox management, ticket handling, and coordination with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and GSD teams. 
• Administer SAP procurement activities including PR, PO, NOPO, PRPO, SES creation, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and contract documentation. 
• Talent Acquisition activities include requisition tracking, sourcing support, interview scheduling, candidate management, sourcing support, and recruitment agency governance. 
• Maintain HR dashboards, attendance records, leave trackers, headcount reports, attrition data, open requisition trackers, agency trackers, and workforce metrics. 
• Prepare leadership presentations, townhall reports, HR metrics dashboards, employee communications, mailers, meeting agendas, and minutes. 
• Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness initiatives, surveys, and internal communication programs. 
• Manage Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and employee access requests. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve compliance, employee experience, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency. 

• Required Qualification: 
•  Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).  
•  MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred). 
• Minimum 6 months -1 year of relevant work experience in HR or a related field.
