We are looking for an experienced US Payroll HR Specialist to manage payroll processing and HR operations for US-based employees and clients.
Process and manage US payroll accurately and on time
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
Coordinate direct deposit setup and payroll-related queries
Support HR operations, employee relations, and compliance activities
Assist with payroll system setup and implementation
Maintain payroll records and generate reports
Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and HR policies
Communicate effectively with US-based employees and stakeholders
US Payroll Processing experience
US HR Operations Employee Management
Payroll software and HR platforms knowledge
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work independently during US shift hours
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
