Role Description
We are hiring for a full-time HR and Telecaller role located on-site in Jaunpur. The HR responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining staff records. The telecaller duties include contacting potential candidates, providing information about our programs and services, and scheduling interviews or follow-ups. The role will also involve ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and communication process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively.
- Ability to manage recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience in telecalling or outreach, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in maintaining organized records and working with HR tools or software.
- Customer service orientation and a passion for helping people achieve their career goals.
- Knowledge of local recruitment strategies in Jaunpur or similar markets (preferred).
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
