Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Product Associate based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing HR operations, overseeing training and development programs, and supporting human resources (HR) functions. The HR and Product Associate will also help facilitate communication between teams, assist in strategy planning, and contribute to product development initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience or skills in Training & Development, including employee skill-building programs
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in product development or project coordination is a plus
