As our HR and Operations Admin, you'll be responsible for our company operations including hiring, payroll, and logistics while nurturing a people-first culture. This role blends administrative precision with human empathy, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and compliance with HR policies
  • Organize internal meetings, events, and team communications
  • Manage vendor relationships and office operations
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve internal workflows and culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
