Job Description

We're Hiring | HR cum Office Administrator (Noida, Sector-7)

Tiber Taber is an upcoming kids apparel brand based in Delhi, building an organized and design-led Indian kidswear brand. We're looking for an HR cum Office Administrator with a strong focus on day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration, vendor coordination, maintenance, subscriptions, and supplies.
  • Act as the go-to person for resolving day-to-day operational issues with tact and maturity
  • Support employee engagement activities and conduct maintenance/safety drills
  • Maintain employee records and issue HR documents (offer, appointment, confirmation letters)
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Track attendance and leave data to support payroll accuracy.
  • Ensure basic HR compliance with Indian labor laws.

Requirements

  • 13 years experience in Office Admin / HR Admin (startup, retail, or small corporate preferred)
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to handle daily situations tactfully
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
