Tiber Taber is an upcoming kids apparel brand based in Delhi, building an organized and design-led Indian kidswear brand. We're looking for an HR cum Office Administrator with a strong focus on day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration, vendor coordination, maintenance, subscriptions, and supplies.
- Act as the go-to person for resolving day-to-day operational issues with tact and maturity
- Support employee engagement activities and conduct maintenance/safety drills
- Maintain employee records and issue HR documents (offer, appointment, confirmation letters)
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and exit formalities.
- Track attendance and leave data to support payroll accuracy.
- Ensure basic HR compliance with Indian labor laws.
Requirements
- 13 years experience in Office Admin / HR Admin (startup, retail, or small corporate preferred)
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to handle daily situations tactfully
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
