The Role: The HR & Brand Administration Executive will ensure that MISHO's internal processes and external brand expression are managed with equal care. The successful candidate will oversee essential HR administration, coordinate brand-related activities and provide dependable operational support across the business.
This is a multifaceted position requiring excellent judgement, close attention to detail and the ability to move seamlessly between confidential employee matters, creative projects and day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibility:
People & Culture
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling and reference checks.
- Manage thoughtful and efficient onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring employees understand MISHO's culture, values and standards.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, policy communications and other employee correspondence.
- Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, leave balances and performance-review timelines.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee, attendance and leave information.
- Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies, training initiatives and employee-engagement activities.
- Act as an approachable point of contact for routine employee matters, escalating sensitive or complex concerns appropriately.
Brand Administration
- Support the consistent expression of MISHO's visual identity, tone of voice and brand standards across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate the preparation, approval and distribution of brand, marketing and communication materials.
- Support the planning and execution of collection launches, campaigns, events, collaborations and other key brand moments.
- Liaise with designers, photographers, stylists, agencies, printers, production partners and other external collaborators.
- Assist with content calendars, social media administration and the scheduling of approved communications.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, invoices and supplier documentation.
Administration & Operations
- Provide polished and reliable administrative support to the leadership team and wider business.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and internal schedules.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, meeting notes and correspondence to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain structured digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, following up on quotations, approvals, invoices and deliverables.
- Support the smooth running of the studio or office, ensuring it remains efficient, professional and welcoming.
- Assist with special projects across people, brand and business operations as required.
Experience & Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, brand coordination, fashion operations, studio management or a comparable role.
- Experience within luxury, fashion, jewellery, beauty, design or another brand-led creative environment is preferred.
- A sound understanding of HR processes, employee documentation and professional confidentiality.
- Experience coordinating campaigns, events, creative suppliers or brand projects is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HR systems, payroll tools, project-management platforms or project management tools is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a refined command of English.
