Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual for a comprehensive Facilities, Travel, and Administrative Management role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of office and factory facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing vendor relationships across multiple locations (Mumbai, Pune, and Kurkumbh).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Overseeing expense claims, petty cash, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Handling contract labor management, driver attendance, overtime, and training administration.
  • Administering company insurance policies and supporting office staff and facility maintenance.
  • Managing visitor hospitality, office supplies, and factory administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and conducting site visits to ensure operational efficiency.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in facilities management, travel coordination, and administrative operations is essential.

Bachelor in Hotel Management (B.H.M), Any Graduate, Bachelor of Business Management (BBM)
