Job Description

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience Required: 4–5 Years


Key Responsibilitie

sHuman Resource

  • sManage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, confirmation, probation, and exit formalities
  • .Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
  • .Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding
  • .Assist in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and other HR-related documents
  • .Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets
  • .Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee data
  • .Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • .Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team activities
  • .Handle employee queries related to HR policies and workplace matters

.Administratio

  • nManage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • .Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams
  • .Maintain office supplies, inventory, and procurement records
  • .Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event coordination
  • .Ensure office compliance, documentation, and record management
  • .Support management with administrative reports and operational requirements
  • .Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure

.Compliance & Documentatio

  • nMaintain statutory and compliance records
  • .Support audits and documentation requirements
  • .Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law regulations
  • .Manage confidential employee and company information with integrity

.Required Skills & Qualification

  • sBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • .4–5 years of experience in HR and Administration
  • .Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and office administration
  • .Good understanding of payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation
  • .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • .Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • .Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools
  • .Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
