HR Analytics & Workforce Budget Specialist

Zydus Lifesciences is seeking a highly analytical and technology-driven HR Analytics & Workforce Budget Specialist to join our HR Team. In this role, you will partner with HR leaders, Talent Management, Rewards, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition teams to convert complex workforce data into actionable insights, strengthen governance, and support strategic workforce planning.

Job Description :

People Analytics & Workforce Insights

• Design and maintain advanced analytical models using Excel, BI tools, and statistical approaches.
• Develop standardized metrics and reusable analytical frameworks to support workforce decisions.
• Deliver meaningful insights on talent, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness.]

Dashboarding & Visual Analytics

• Build and manage interactive Power BI dashboards for workforce metrics, talent insights, governance indicators, and cost analytics.
• Ensure leadership-ready reporting through disciplined data validation and refresh mechanisms.

Data Transformation & Automation

• Extract, clean, transform, and reconcile data from HRMS, SharePoint, and multiple data sources.
• Drive automation initiatives using Power Automate, VBA, Python, and other low-code tools to eliminate manual effort and improve efficiency.

Workforce Budgeting & Cost Analytics

• Support annual workforce planning and HR budgeting exercises.
• Monitor budget vs. actuals, perform variance analysis, and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Develop analytical models to assist HR leadership in workforce cost management.

AI & Digital HR Enablement

• Utilize Copilot-enabled analytical tools and intelligent automation solutions for reporting, diagnostics, validation, and insight generation.
• Enhance HR decision-making through scalable digital solutions.

Data Governance & Process Excellence

• Establish governance standards, validation controls, audit trails, version management, and reporting accuracy frameworks.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR analytics platforms and repositories.
