DESCRIPTION:
Join our HR Shared Services team, where you'll contribute to delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Analyst I, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Working with HR technologies and systems, you'll handle employee inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the colleague experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required in HR administration, shared services, or customer service
. Preferred Fields of Study: HR, Business Administration or related field
. Relevant professional HR certifications advantageous
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
. Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and case management systems preferred
. Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
. Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
. Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment regulations
. Professional fluency in English required
. Additional language skills advantageous
. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
. Experience in benefits administration, time & attendance systems a plus
. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results
. Professional demeanor and adaptability
