Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst (Freelancer) to support people operations, workforce analytics, and talent-related processes across projects. This role involves working closely with recruitment, operations, and leadership teams to analyze HR data, improve hiring and workforce processes, and support data-driven people decisions in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze recruitment, workforce, and people operations data to identify trends and insights
- Track and report HR metrics such as hiring pipeline, conversion rates, turnaround time, retention, and workforce performance
- Support hiring operations, candidate tracking, and workforce planning activities
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets for HR and business stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks in hiring and people processes and recommend scalable improvements
- Assist in streamlining HR workflows, SOPs, and documentation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and candidate experience
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across HR data and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, recruitment operations, people operations, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Good to Have
- Experience in startups, staffing, AI/data operations, or consulting environments
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment dashboards
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools
- Understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and hiring analytics
- Experience with process improvement and operational optimization
