Calibre Aviation Academy · Vizag (travel to Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Hyderabad)

Full-time · ₹20,000–30,000/month + performance incentive per quality hire retained 60 days

Company Description: Calibre Aviation Academy is one of AP & Telangana's fastest-growing aviation training and placement organisations - four branches, 25–30 counsellors and telecallers, placing students with Celebi, Bird, IndiGo, and Air India. 

Role Description:

  • Recruitment: End-to-end hiring for telecallers, counsellors, branch managers across all 4 branches. 5–10 hires/month at growth phases.
  • Screening for sales talent: Live role-play interviews - test callers on a phone pitch, test counsellors on fee objection handling. You assess skill, not just CVs.
  • Onboarding: Every new hire is battle-ready in 7 days - knows the script, product, process, and target before their first live call.
  • Performance management: Monthly funnel reviews per counsellor (calls → walkins → regs → admissions). Issue PIPs for underperformers with branch heads.
  • Payroll & attendance: Monthly payroll inputs, attendance tracking across branches, variable incentive calculations.
  • Team culture & retention: Keep attrition low in a target-driven environment. Build recognition systems and career growth clarity.
  • Training coordination: Work with senior counsellors to run monthly targeted skill sessions per person's specific weak link.

Must haves

  • 2–4 years HR/recruitment/team management in EdTech, aviation training, hospitality, or a sales-driven org
  • OR 2+ years as a top-performing counsellor/telecaller ready to shift into HR and build the team you wish you had
  • Has hired for calling or sales roles - knows the difference between someone who sounds good in interview vs performs on the floor
  • Telugu speaker - essential for AP/Telangana team and candidate communication
  • Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-moving environment where hiring quality directly impacts monthly revenue
  • Willing to travel to all 4 branches at least once a month
  • Proficient with WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
