About Qmetron
Qmetron is a high-quality 3D visualization company specializing in photorealistic furniture renders for global e-commerce brands. We work with clients across 33+ countries, helping them showcase their products with visually compelling and conversion-focused imagery.
As we scale our team and operations, we are looking for a driven and hands-on HR & Marketing Intern to support talent acquisition and outbound marketing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Identify and recruit fresh talent, particularly for 3D visualization roles.
- Manage the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Create and execute recruitment strategies using job portals, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain a structured talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Marketing
- Manage LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns to generate leads for Qmetron's services.
- Assist in creating content and strategies to improve brand visibility and inbound interest.
- Track outreach performance and help optimize messaging and targeting.
- Support ongoing marketing experiments and growth initiatives.
Internship Structure & Compensation
This internship follows a performance-based evaluation model.
- Month 12:
- Unpaid internship focused on learning, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Month 3:
- Paid internship, applicable only if the candidate meets defined performance benchmarks during the initial evaluation period.
- Early Payment Eligibility:
- If a candidate meets all performance goals and completes assigned tasks, the internship may become paid from the 2nd month itself, based strictly on performance review.
- Full-Time Opportunity:
- Candidates who perform consistently and demonstrate strong ownership may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.
All decisions regarding compensation and conversion are purely performance-driven.
Who Should Apply

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Prior experience in hiring, LinkedIn outreach, or cold emailing is a plus.
