Job Description

As an HR & Marketing Intern, you will gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources functions, supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities and projects. This internship offers exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

Employee Relations:

  • Support HR team in handling employee relations matters.
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Participate in the development of employee engagement initiatives.

Training and Development:

  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and track employee development plans.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Administration:

  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
  • Help with the administration of benefits and leave programs.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
  • Assist in conducting compliance audits.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
