About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to support HR, project coordination, and business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, international client coordination, and B2B outreach activities. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

Location Preference & Career Return Opportunities

Candidates residing in close proximity to Infopark, Thrissur will be given strong preference due to the full-time onsite nature of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and internal communication to ensure timely delivery
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal technical teams
  • Track project progress and maintain documentation and status updates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Manage LinkedIn and job portals for hiring and employer branding
  • Maintain candidate databases, employee records, and attendance tracking
  • Research potential B2B clients in the Australian market using LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Initiate professional outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
  • Support internal operations and office administration activities

Requirements

  • MBA in HR or Marketing preferred, or relevant postgraduate qualification
  • 02 years of experience in HR, coordination, operations, or related roles
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other digital channels for recruitment or outreach
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently
