Our goal is to validate models, build strong unit economics, and prepare for funding.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven
HR & Business Operations Officer who can build team structure while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of operations.
This is not a traditional HR role.
This is a
founding team execution role.
You will directly work with the Founder and help build the internal backbone of Kefilo.
Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition (interns, equity-based team, consultants)
- Designing role clarity and KRAs
- Building onboarding systems
- Creating performance tracking frameworks
- Building team culture and accountability systems
- Structuring equity documentation support (with legal guidance)
Business Operations Responsibilities
- Process creation for kiosks, meals, and product verticals
- Vendor coordination and follow-ups
- SOP documentation
- Tracking unit economics and margins
- Managing internal dashboards
- Cross-team coordination (marketing, product, supply chain)
What We Are Looking For
- Strong ownership mindset
- Experience in startups / multiple internships preferred
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Execution-oriented personality
- Comfortable working in early-stage chaos
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of finance & operations preferred
Equity Structure
- Purely equity-based role
- No fixed compensation until funding
- Equity finalized after structured discussion rounds
- 5-year vesting structure
- Compensation begins after funding and Pvt Ltd registration
