Description

We are looking for a proactive HR & Administration Executive to manage HR operations and office administration, ensuring smooth functioning of employee lifecycle, compliance, and workplace management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PT, ESI, etc.)
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities
  • Handle preparation and implementation of Job Descriptions (JD), Key Result Areas (KRA), and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Manage and coordinate employee performance evaluation processes and appraisal cycles
  • Support and administer performance-based incentive systems
  • Oversee office administration including facilities, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and asset management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures
  • Prepare HR & Admin MIS reports and support management with required data

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
  • Knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
