Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Fresher who is interested not only in traditional HR and administrative responsibilities but also in adopting and supporting automation initiatives within the organization.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn modern HR practices, digital tools, and process improvements while contributing to a streamlined and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
  • Support in improving recruitment processes using tools and automation
  • HR Operations & Onboarding
  • Assist in onboarding processes including documentation and induction
  • Maintain and update employee records in digital systems
  • Prepare HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
  • Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support Support digitization and automation of HR processes.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities and internal events
  • Support communication initiatives and employee coordination
  • Contribute to building a positive and collaborative work culture
  • Administrative Responsibilities
  • Handle daily office administration and coordination
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics
  • Maintain organized documentation and records
  • Process Improvement & Automation Support
  • Assist in implementing automation tools in HR and admin functions
  • Support data entry, reporting, and tracking using digital tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve manual processes
  • Work closely with teams to ensure smooth adoption of automated systems

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Freshers

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Interest in technology, automation, and process improvement
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
