Job Description

What will you own

As the HR AI Lead, you will redesign how HR operates at Ambak by:

  • Auditing and simplifying workflows across TA, HRBP, Ops, Payroll, L&D, and Admin
  • Building AI-led, automated systems using GenAI, APIs, and no-code tools
  • Eliminating manual approvals, repetitive tasks, and spreadsheet-heavy processes
  • Improving hiring productivity, e-NPS, training personalization, payroll accuracy, and SLAs
  • Creating actionable dashboards and integrating ATS, HRMS, payroll, and internal tools
  • Driving adoption and tracking measurable impact across speed, efficiency, accuracy, and cost

Who this role is for

High-agency early-career builders (24 yrs) from startup ops, automation, HR tech, consulting, product ops, or transformation roles who have actually built automations, work comfortably with AI tools/APIs/dashboards, think in first principles, and execute fast in leadership-facing environments.

Bonus if you've

Worked in a high-growth startup, integrated ATS/HRMS/payroll, or built no-code/AI workflows. Not a fit if you Prefer slow, structured environments, see AI as optional, or want a traditional HR role.
