We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Junior HR and Admin Executive who will support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. You will work closely with our People and Operations team to ensure a smooth employee experience across the company.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Recruitment and Hiring Coordination:
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other platforms.
- Schedule interviews, manage communication, and follow-ups with candidates.
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and weekly hiring reports.
- Coordinate assignment submissions and reference checks.
- Assist with internship and campus hiring programs.
Onboarding And Employee Experience
- Prepare offer letters, NDAs, internship agreements, and other HR documents.
- Responsible for smooth onboarding, ID creation, and access setup.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS entries (attendance, leave, personal data).
- Coordinate monthly engagement activities and internal communication.
HR Operations And Admin Support
- Manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
- Support payroll inputs (leaves, attendance, reimbursements, variable payouts).
- Handle vendor/ employee coordination and office admin tasks.
- Assist with policy updates, SOP documentation, and process optimization.
Compliance And Documentation
- Maintain contracts, employee files, statutory documents, and data confidentiality.
- Assist in compliance requirements related to interns, contractors, and employees.
Requirements
- 0.5 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / Recruitment Coordination.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of the hiring process and HR basics.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office, Excel / Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
Good To Have
- Experience hiring for tech, design, marketing, or SaaS roles.
- HR tools exposure (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, BambooHR, Notion, etc. ).
- Experience with startup or remote teams.
