Job Summary
You will support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to support recruitment efforts
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities to integrate new hires effectively
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures to provide clear guidance
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs to enhance workplace culture
- Support performance management processes by preparing documentation and tracking progress
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement to employees
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and benefits enrollment to support payroll and compliance
- Coordinate with finance to manage salary payments and deductions efficiently
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks for current standards
- Assist in preparing audits and reports to meet regulatory compliance requirements
- Manage confidential employee records and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Handle HR correspondence, notices, and communications to facilitate effective information flow
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
