We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator with experience in the IT industry to support HR operations and ensure smooth internal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
  • Help plan team activities, celebrations, engagement programs.
  • Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
  • Handle basic employee queries and support HR initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR Admin/HR Executive role within the IT industry.
  • Understanding of HR processes, recruitment cycle, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
