Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant / HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations at our Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HR administration who enjoy managing employee data, supporting HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, coordination, and employee orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in attendance and time-tracking administration, addressing employee queries and ensuring policy adherence.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for routine HR queries.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, office events, and internal communications in collaboration with HR and leadership teams.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Assist in HR policy communication, document preparation, and audit support activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, or attendance tools is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva).
