Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Remote HR Administrative Staff to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth internal processes in a virtual work environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling confidential information while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain and update digital employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads online, scheduling virtual interviews, coordinating with candidates)
  • Support remote onboarding and offboarding activities (documentation, virtual orientations, clearances)
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and online employee records
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, certificates, and reports
  • Coordinate with team members and departments through email, chat, and virtual meetings
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures via online platforms
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a remote setting

PreferredSkills

  • Experience with HR systems, payroll tools, or cloud-based platforms is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working across different time zones (if applicable)
