We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of HR Administration. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in human resources and gain valuable experience in HR administration and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
