Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Employee Database/HRMS by ensuring accurate capture of employee personal information from various forms and documents.
  • Update employee personal files promptly for new joiners, promotions, increments, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee databases along with Legal MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely issuance of ID cards, offer letters, and appointment letters to employees.
  • Handle employee grievances, resolving issues and queries efficiently to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize events, parties, and birthday celebrations to foster employee engagement and morale.
  • Oversee Time Office Management, including leave records, employee movement tracking, and controlling unauthorized absenteeism.
  • Manage plant administration and security functions, including monitoring security gates and tracking movement of personnel and materials.
  • Verify daily IN/OUT movement registers and security gate checklists to ensure proper documentation.
  • Enforce company rules and regulations to ensure smooth operational functioning.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with AMC contracts for services such as Aquaguard, fire extinguishers, air conditioners, and pest control.
  • Keep track of vehicle insurance and handle procurement and printing of office stationery.
  • Implement fire and safety precautions and conduct regular safety training sessions within the factory.
  • Manage contracts by verifying worker documentation as per standards and ensuring contractor compliance.
  • Conduct thorough verification of bills against work orders, purchase orders, and compliance requirements.
