Job Description :
Role : HR Administration
Experience : 5-7 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements
Manage statutory compliance:
Provident Fund (PF)
Employee State Insurance (ESI)
Professional Tax (PT)
Labour Welfare Fund (if applicable)
Handle PF/ESI registrations, challan payments, returns filing, and documentation
Maintain payroll records and employee database
Coordinate with accounts department for salary disbursement
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, and benefits
Assist in audits and statutory inspections
Maintain attendance and leave records
