Description
We are looking for a proactive HR & Administration Executive to manage HR operations and office administration, ensuring smooth functioning of employee lifecycle, compliance, and workplace management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PT, ESI, etc.)
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities
- Handle preparation and implementation of Job Descriptions (JD), Key Result Areas (KRA), and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Manage and coordinate employee performance evaluation processes and appraisal cycles
- Support and administer performance-based incentive systems
- Oversee office administration including facilities, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and asset management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures
- Prepare HR & Admin MIS reports and support management with required data
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
