We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR administrative tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative functions
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or related functions
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in India
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
