Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, support employee engagement initiatives, maintain HR records, and assist management in building a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Support employee engagement, welfare, and team-building activities.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HRONE records.

Administration

  • Manage office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Coordinate vendor management, office supplies, and procurement activities.
  • Monitor office maintenance, repairs, and asset management.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event coordination.
  • Maintain company records, contracts, and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and workplace discipline.
  • Support management with operational and administrative requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, and labor compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a creative agency, media, advertising, or production environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
