Job Description

JD KRA for HR Executive -

Sr No Job Description

1 Getting involved and understanding on yearly manpower planning and expansion of the organisation from the management

2 HR will take the approval on the same from MD just to update him on the new requirement happening in the company within two working days

3 Follow-up and co-ordination with recruitment consultants for the ongoing recruitments.

4 Coordinate with consultants & candidates for scheduling interview with the Management team for sourcing manpower

5 Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources

6 Keep follow up on Consultancy payments

7 Review applications/ resumes, evaluate applicant's skill and make recommendations to the management regarding applicant's qualifications , Conduct first round of telephonic interview, Interview job applicants, forwarding resumes to HOD, lining-up Interviews/written tests & follow-ups with candidate, placement agencies & following up with the HODs until the candidate is rejected / selected.

8 Generating and Issuing welcome letter for new joinees, offer letter, appointment letters, confirmation letter and promotion letter.

9 Designing Induction schedule for new employees after coordinating with Dept Heads.

10 Conducting HR/Admin Inductions to all new joinees

11 Maintaining Training Calendar of new joinees and doing assessment once the training is completed.

12 Facilitate new joining formalities maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee and giving the Introduction of the new joinees to all the employees.

13 Registering new joinee in Biometrics system for attendance and providing them with ID card of the company.

14 Co-ordination with IT Dept for creation of email & user id

15 Co-ordination with accounts dept for opening of bank account for new joinees.

16 To maintain the easypay, attendance sheets,leave updates, consultancy list, recruitment tracker, resigned employees data, absconding employee database and update it regularly.

17 Maintaining calendar of Birthdays / Anniversaries.

18 Organise festival celebrations on timely basis predefined by the organisation within the given budget.

19 Participating and Coordinate Admin Meetings and also be part of Admin outings.

20 Updating employees leaves and managing their attendance at the end of the month.

21 To formulate & implement various welfare related schemes / policies & their administration like Salary Advance, Staff Loan, Team Excellence Awards and Annual Excellence Awards etc.

22 HOD meetings and HOD concerns to be addressed on time.

23 Drafting updating and implementing of Policies, adherence to rules & regulations

24 Organise Employee Engagment Activities like Monthly Celebrations , Festivals celebration, Creation Day, Most Valuable Employee, Picnic and other various welfare activities.

25 Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

26 Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.

27 Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality and ontime accurate calculation of attendence using biometrics input and field sense input

28 Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements.

29 Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

30 Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have and escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.

31 Generating and Issuing Memo, Absconding and Termination Letters.

32 Conduct exit interviews for employees and maintain them accordingly.

33 Processing of loans for employees as per company's policy

34 Managing ISO activities as scheduled

35 Salary will be paid on on time of every month

36 Measuring assessment of Front Desk executive on monthly basis and submit the final sheet to Admin manger on every 2nd.

37 Ensuring Timely appraisals of all employee is conducted by respective department head and submitted to MD

38 Creating and updating organisation chart with deisgnation and qualification criteria

39 Managing updating various records of all employee and insurance of emplye yearly

40 Ensuring all amc of email and feildsense is manged timely in budget

41 All data back up happening in time

42 All admin work is supervised for cost reduction with help of admin

43 Admin register of physical properties are updated by admin and hr is overlooking it for accuracy

44 ALL company events and celebrations is manged end to end from booking managing food audio planning
