Key Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Leading the HR initiatives covering overall talent management strategy, including compensation & benefits, change management, performance management, recruitment, succession planning and etc
- Work closely with key management team to develop and establish HR strategies to ensure the alignment with key business goals and overall organisation strategies
- Knowledgeable of current employment laws and government/regulatory requirements that are applicable to organisation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from various departments to create systems and structures that will further enhance recruitment strategy and employee retention
- Provide support and training to employees and managers to better understand and utilise HR tools, processes and policies
- Detail-oriented with good planning and project management skills to achieve positive results
- Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Administration
- Supervise and manage overall office administration functions including facilities, vendor management, and procurement.
- Ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes across the Group.
- Oversee corporate services such as licensing, regulatory documentation, and company assets.
- Manage corporate communication and ensure timely dissemination of company-wide information.
Information Technology (IT)
- Oversee IT operations and infrastructure to ensure business continuity and system security.
- Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade systems as required.
- Implement IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and data protection practices in compliance with regulations.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for IT-related issues across departments.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Minimum 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communications, analytical and organizational skills, attention to details and a track record of providing effective Human Resource solutions to the business.
- Organized, disciplined, self-driven and self-aware with a track record of integrity, commitment, courage and performance.
