Role Description
The HR & Admin Manager will oversee and implement effective human resources and administrative functions to ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves day-to-day administration tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining employee records, and streamlining processes. This is a full-time remote position.
