HR & Admin Manager

Location: Singapore

Reporting to: VP

budget - S$9K max

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, policies, and documentation.
• Support payroll, leave, benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, and employee services.
• Organise company events and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to employees and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist and administrative experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
