Job Description

LOCATION: Thane

Talent Acquisition & Hiring
  • Own end-to-end hiring across office, warehouse, production, operations, customer support, and ground staff
  • Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline
  • Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, social media, and field hiring
  • Conduct screening, interviews, evaluations, and coordination
  • Ensure fast and quality hiring aligned with business growth
Employee Onboarding & Induction
  • Manage joining formalities and onboarding process
  • Create and maintain employee records and documentation
  • Conduct employee induction and company orientation
  • Ensure smooth onboarding into roles, systems, and company culture
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage complete employee lifecycle:
  • Hiring
  • Confirmation
  • Transfers
  • Promotions
  • Role changes
  • Exits / terminations
  • Maintain proper employee records and communication
Payroll Management
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing
  • Manage attendance, incentives, overtime, reimbursements, deductions, and salary coordination
  • Coordinate with accounts team for timely salary disbursement
  • Ensure payroll accuracy for both office and warehouse staff
Employee Compliance & Documentation
  • Manage offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, NDAs, warning letters, termination letters
  • Ensure all employee records and compliance documentation are updated
  • Maintain employee files, ID records, attendance records, and legal documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Attendance, Discipline & Workforce Management
  • Manage attendance systems and workforce tracking
  • Monitor punctuality, absenteeism, and employee discipline
  • Resolve workplace issues, misconduct, and escalations
  • Ensure smooth workforce availability across warehouse and office operations
Warehouse Workforce Management
  • Hire and manage warehouse staff, pickers, packers, helpers, supervisors
  • Ensure shift planning and manpower availability
  • Handle workforce-related issues in warehouse operations
  • Maintain discipline and smooth functioning on ground
Admin & Facility Management
  • Manage day-to-day office and warehouse administration
  • Ensure smooth functioning of:
  • Utilities
  • Internet
  • Electricity
  • Housekeeping
  • Pantry
  • Security
  • Maintenance
  • Coordinate vendors and service providers
Vendor & Office Administration
  • Manage vendors related to:
  • Staffing
  • Housekeeping
  • Security
  • Repairs & maintenance
  • Office supplies
  • Negotiate and coordinate vendor contracts when required
Customer Support Management
  • Own and manage customer support operations
  • Handle escalations related to:
  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Complaints
  • Delivery issues
  • Improve customer communication and response systems
Employee Experience & Culture
  • Ensure smooth employee communication
  • Maintain healthy workplace discipline and coordination
  • Build systems for better employee engagement and retention
  • Support founders in building company culture
Policy, SOP & Process Building
  • Create and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
  • Build systems for hiring, onboarding, payroll, attendance, documentation, and exits
  • Continuously improve HR and admin processes as company scales
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with:
  • Founders
  • Accounts & Finance
  • Warehouse & Operations
  • Customer Support
  • Production Teams
  • Ensure no business disruptions due to people, admin, or workforce gaps
Scaling & Ownership
  • Build HR and admin systems from zero to scale
  • Continuously evolve role scope as business grows
  • Take ownership beyond defined responsibilities whenever required
