HR Admin Executive

Greetings!!

We have the below requirement for our client located at Marketyard, Pune.

Female candidate with 2-3 years of experience

MBA HR or DIPLOMA Preferred.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

2+ years of HR (generalist) experience, preferably in mid-sized companies

Good Communication and email writing skill.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and performance management frameworks

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ensure that follow-up work requirements are fulfilled, and update is done in time.

Provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues and be prepared and willing to always help and contribute to the success of the company.
